1. Our Shipping Approach

2. Order Processing & Shipping Costs

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2โ€“5 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Peak Periods: During holidays or promotions, processing may take up to 6 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat $6.99 shipping fee applies to all orders.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on location:

  • United States: 8 โ€“ 14 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10 โ€“ 16 business days

  • Other Locations: 14 โ€“ 21 business days

Please note: During high-volume seasons or customs processing, delivery may take a bit longer.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 1โ€“3 business days to appear.

Note: A delay in tracking updates doesnโ€™t mean your order is lost โ€” itโ€™s still on the way!


5. International Shipments & Customs

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Qukeissyโ„ข is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Fees are typically minimal for small home and lifestyle items, but they vary by country.


6. Changes or Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order, email us at service@virexew.com within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters processing, changes or cancellations cannot be made.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, send a photo within 72 hours of delivery. Weโ€™ll provide a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Lost in Transit: If your order is confirmed lost, weโ€™ll send a replacement free of charge.
