1. Return Eligibility

  • 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging and tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) required.

  • Non-eligible items will not be accepted.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and shipping instructions.

  • Important: Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.

  • If damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable products (e.g., food, beverages)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

5. Exchanges

  • Return the original item (per the above instructions) and place a new order for the replacement.

6. International Orders – EU Customers

  • 14-day return window for EU orders (in addition to our standard 30-day policy).

  • Conditions: Item must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.


7. Refunds

  • Once we inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
